STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS ANDREW J. COMLY, ASA Comly Auctioneers & Appraisers

PRESENT POSITION: Andrew J. Comly is Vice President of Wm. F. Comly & Son, Inc., established since 1834, specializing in the Auction, Real Estate and Appraisal profession.

EXPERIENCE: He has been actively engaged in the auction, real estate and the appraisal profession since 1978. He is a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Economics, and a past president of the American Society of Appraisers for the Philadelphia Chapter. He holds an ASA/Senior Member Designation with The American Society of Appraisers in the Discipline of Machinery and Technical Specialties, and has conducted over 2,000 appraisals for companies and lenders on a national and international basis. A licensed Auctioneer for over 30 years and a member of The National Auctioneers Association, he has conducted over 4,000 auctions nationwide and is an approved auctioneer/appraiser for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and The Small Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Other memberships include: Machinery Dealers National Association, Industrial Auctioneers Association, various State Auctioneers Associations and Commercial Finance Association. He donates his time and expertise in assisting to raise over $2,000,000 annually for national and local charitable organizations and schools.

CONTINUING EDUCATION: Attend State and National Yearly Seminars (1978 – Present) for the following Associations
