Why subscription instead of pay-per-lead?
Appraisal-engagement volumes are too low for pay-per-lead pricing to feel fair on either side. A solo appraiser handling 6-12 engagements a month doesn't want surprise bills; we don't want adverse incentives to over-deliver junk leads. Subscription with a sensible cap aligns both sides.
What happens if I exceed my monthly lead cap?
On Pro, additional leads are $25 each. On Premium, the 30-lead cap covers nearly all subscribers. If you hit it consistently, we'll suggest a custom plan.
How do you verify appraisers?
Our directory is built from professional appraiser registries, association directories, appraiser websites, and other public sources. Credentials displayed, such as ASA AM, ISA CAPP, or AAA Certified, are shown based on the source data available for that listing. For high-stakes work, clients should confirm credentials directly with the issuing organization.
What's a "qualified" lead in your system?
A user-submitted quote request that includes item type, use case, location, and contact info. We filter out bots, test submissions, and obvious scope mismatches before forwarding.
Can I pause or downgrade?
