Bradley Schulz

Brad is a co-founder and managing partner of ITV Appraisal. He leads the property insurance appraisal practice for ITV Appraisal, in addition to developing and managing relationships within the business. With over 22 years of experience in the insurance appraisal industry Brad has extensive experience in valuation for both insurance and accounting (GASB 34) of various occupancies and asset classes such as buildings, land, land improvements, infrastructure and machinery & equipment. Occupancies include public sector such as k-12 education, higher education, municipal and county, state, international airport, wet port, and water/wastewater facilities/systems. Brad also has experience with professional sports facilities, hotel and resort properties, historic buildings and 19th- and 20th- century churches and cathedrals.

He previously worked for Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps, formerly American Appraisal) beginning in 2002 until 2024 as a Managing Director and national leader of the property insurance appraisal practice. He received his BA is a double major in both economics and finance from the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser by the American Society of Appraisers and former member of their national Machinery & Technical Specialties (MTS) Committee. He is also an instructor within the ASA for the MTS POV (Principles of Valuation) courses including ME201, ME202, ME203 and ME204.
