Clarence Harden

During his 38-year career, Jim has led hundreds of global engagements, supporting transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, US and international tax matters, insurance, solvency opinions, bankruptcies, and expert witness matters. He has worked in more than 40 countries on assignments. Jim has dual BS degrees from Ft. Hays State University and an MBA from LeTourneau University. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA – Certified in Oil & Gas), a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG), Certified Mineral Appraiser (IIMA) and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He has been listed by the Houston Business Journal and the American Cities Business Journals as a "Who's Who in Energy", and his articles have appeared in Oil & Gas Financial Journal, the Society of Petroleum Engineers and other professional publications. He has also presented papers at more than fifty professional events and conferences, including those sponsored by SPE, AIPG, IADC and the ASA. Jim was a Partner with Moss Adams LLP and retired from Moss Adams in 2022.
