David Wolf opened Just Appraisers in 1998 after 20 years of industry experience. His commitment to transparent evaluation, valuation and consulting services reflects his philosophy of brutal honesty. The firm has expanded significantly, launching Catastrophic Appraisal Solutions, LLC, and becoming a trusted partner for major recovery efforts following significant events including the World Trade Center Recovery (2001), Hurricane Katrina Recovery (2005), Tropical Storm Fay Recovery (2008), and Super Storm Sandy Recovery (2012). The firm specializes in helping clients understand what they have and its value, with expertise in jewelry, watches, gemstones, coins and other personal property. Just Appraisers opened a second office location in Sedona in 2018 and relocated its main office there in 2020, while maintaining a remote office in New York.
