Denise M Gerson

Denise M. Gerson, who holds an MA in Art History from the University of Miami, retired in 2012 as the Associate Director of the Lowe Art Museum, after a 24-year career, where she organized exhibitions, curated collections, wrote and edited critical catalogs, and was an adjunct instructor in UM's Department of Art History.  As an accredited member of ISA she is the principal of DG Fine Art Services, LLC. Her expertise includes contemporary and historic art of the United States, Europe, Latin America, and Africa.  In addition to appraisal services, she offers curatorial and art advisory services, sits on art panels, lectures, and juries art fairs. A past Chairperson of Art in Public Places for the City of Miami Beach, she conducts private art tours both nationally and internationally, and served on the Miami-Dade County Council of Cultural Affairs. www.dgfineartsservices.com
