Elizabeth Yochim

YOCHIM ARTS is a full service, international art appraisal and art consultation firm located in Los Angeles, California. Principal, Elizabeth Yochim, ASA, is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, an international multidisciplinary appraisal organization headquartered in Washington D.C. (www.appraisers.org). Elizabeth is tested and accredited in Fine Art and has provided clients with collections management and valuation services since 2003. Elizabeth is a member of the Executive Committee for ArtTable, the foremost national membership organization dedicated to advancing women's professional leadership in the visual arts. As an art advisor, Elizabeth draws upon a her tenure as Director of International Exhibitions for Timothy Yarger Fine Art, Beverly Hills, where she curated, organized and produced all aspects of more than twenty, multi-million dollar, fine art exhibitions of 19th and 20th Century paintings, prints, as well as modern and contemporary art in Bangkok, Thailand; Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing, China; and Singapore. Exhibitions included but not limited to: Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Pablo Picasso, Marc Chagall, Joan Miro, Henri Matisse, David Hockney, Roy Lichtenstein, and Andy Warhol. Elizabeth received her B.A. in Art History from the University of Michigan with a specialization in Italian Renaissance Art. She has lived and traveled extensively in Italy, Argentina, Germany, Singapore, Thailand, Japan and China. She speaks Italian fluently and currently spends time between Berlin and Los Angeles.
