Gwen C. Nugent

I am a senior appraiser with 24 years of experience producing USPAP appraisal reports for insurers, government agencies, and the Courts. My reports have been used in multi-million dollar damage settlement claims by the IRS for Estate Settlement filing, Charitable Donation, and the Courts for Divorce Settlement Litigation. I graduated from Bloomsburg University and obtained my Core Course in Appraisal Studies from the International Society of Appraisers.

I began my profession with the broadest of disciplines – Residential Contents. My thought was to “study and have hands-on experience appraising all categories of personal property found in a home to be well prepared for any assignment.” I am now an Accredited Member (AM) in Fine Arts, and my experience in appraising general residential contents positions me to appraise all contents.
