Jacob McCarthy

Jake McCarthy is a Director with Rouse Appraisals who carries a strong professional services background. His appraisal focus area is on machinery and equipment where he has appraised a wide array of assets ranging from mobile cranes to crawler drills and his current responsibilities include the management and execution of appraisal projects. His experience includes financial and asset valuation, data analysis, strategic consulting, and project management. Jake is USPAP certified and has completed all of the American Society of Appraisers machinery and technical specialties certification courses. He's currently in the accreditation process as a Senior Appraiser. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration and began his career in consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
