His primary experience has included fixed asset advisory services including financial modeling and valuations for tax and financial reporting purposes, appraisal review and assessment of internal policies and practices, segregation of embedded cost analyses, revenue allocation, useful life analyses, dispute advisory services, and functional & economic obsolescence analyses.
