MATTHEW CRANE, ASA, CPA

BACKGROUND

Matthew serves as an appraiser and consultant in valuation matters related to fairness and solvency opinions, financial reporting, and taxation. Matthew's previous employment included assignments with McGladrey, a global accounting firm, Marshall & Stevens, a national valuation consulting firm, other accounting and consulting firms, as well as the Internal Revenue Service – Large Business and International Division, where he reviewed appraisals prepared by other experts and submitted to the IRS by taxpayers.

Matthew has rendered services to employers and clients in a broad array of industries, including, but not limited to, asset management, commercial banking, construction, distribution, health care, legal, manufacturing, media, printing, publishing, real estate, retail, services, solid waste and recycling, technology and telecommunications.

Mr. Crane is a past adjunct professor at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and is published in various academic and practitioner journals.
