From 1986 through 2004, Mr. Pender was a Principal and Senior Director in the firm of R. W. Beck, Inc., a well-known international consulting and engineering firm. Prior to joining R. W. Beck, Mr. Pender was employed by Public Service Company of Indiana where he last held the position of Wholesale Cost of Service Supervisor. He formed R. E. Pender, Inc., a multi-disciplined consulting firm, in January 2005.
