Ryan Caffrey

Ryan is a senior manager in KPMG's Economic and Valuation Services practice in Philadelphia with over 17 years of experience across various industries. His valuation experience includes in-depth personal property and real property projects as well as conducting valuation reviews, and useful life and depreciation studies for various clients. His knowledge spans a wide range of industries and his experience includes projects with international valuation components. Ryan has extensive experience in performing purchase price allocations for both GAAP and IFRS. He has also performed work for impairment testing, fresh start accounting, valuation reviews, tax planning, litigation, and compliance. He has experience with large scale engagements for multinational corporations, which have included providing project due diligence, asset inspections, market and replacement cost studies and determination of Fair Value, Fair Market Value, Liquidation Value, Salvage Value, and Residual Value. Ryan has performed valuations of a variety of assets in various industries, including automotive, aviation, oil and gas, energy generation, transmission and distribution, mining, industrial and chemical products, retail and consumer products, telecommunications, manufacturing and financial services.
